Owned and operated by Tim Verroi of Beaufort, Trinity Contracting has been a valued member of our builder team since 2003. Raised in Charleston, Tim has spent the better part of his life as a resident of the Palmetto State. As a young man, he was a very capable pipefitter and welder, which led to his appointment as a project manager for an international builder of commercial oil refineries.Today, Tim is a licensed plumber, electrician and residential home builder and brings the same exacting standards he learned years ago to each home that bears the Trinity Contracting name. We asked, “What do you think your many present and past customers would say about you?” He instantly replied, “Integrity.” When asked to expound on his answer, he told us his company motto: “Quality makes the difference, greater reliability is the result.”
