We chose Habersham for many reasons. First and foremost is the diversity of its people and architectural mix. Not being golfers, we spared ourselves  expensive fees and high dues demanded by other communities.  We also studied other projects done by DPZ, and were convinced that we knew what we were doing.  Serenity and nature also played a major factor for choosing Habersham as well as convenience to major roads , highways, and airports.  Also of great importance was having access to MUSC, Roper, and St. Joseph/Candler Hospitals. We both agree that this current winter makes us very happy about being South Carolina residents, and especially living in Habersham!
