A native of Charleston, SC, Elizabeth’s family has been part of the fabric of the Lowcountry since 1692. Therefore, she has a deep love for and keen insight into the history and beauty of the surrounding areas. She has previously sat on the boards of the Ashley Hall Alumnae Association, The Historic Beaufort Foundation, and is a former President of The Junior Service League of Beaufort. Since becoming a Habersham homeowner in 2019, Elizabeth is pleased to be raising her young family in this wonderful coastal community. She specializes in resale homes, vacant land, as well as the process of building a new home in Habersham. Ruth is a native South Carolinian who grew up in a small southern town and graduated from Winthrop University. She worked in several different fields from education to pharmaceutical research equipment sales. Ruth enjoys fishing with her son, walking her Boykin Spaniel, cooking and collecting old books. She was among the first generation of Habersham residents and later joined the Habersham sales team in September 2009.

Stacey is a University of Tennessee graduate who worked as an advertising account executive for a Memphis advertising agency managing several of their largest accounts. Upon becoming an empty nester, she wanted to relocate to a coastal community and enjoy spending time on the water. She discovered and fell in love with Habersham in 2016 and decided to make the move. As a resident who has immersed herself in Habersham’s community and lifestyle, she is truly knowledgeable on what draws people to this magical place.
