Announcing the 2020 Southern Living Showcase Home

The coastal town of Habersham, SC is once again thrilled to announce a special collaboration with Southern Living Magazine and the Southern Living Custom Builder Program to bring the 2020 Southern Living Showcase Home to the Lowcountry! This single story cottage, designed by Bridgewater and being built by Allen Patterson Builders, will feature interior design by K.Lo Style & Design.

Step into the Loudon, a Southern Living House Plan, designed with easy living in mind. This home is being built with innovative quality, functionality, and an elevated interior design featuring the iconic colors and textures of the Lowcountry. The home is located at 10 N. Loudon in the Southern Living Inspired Community of Habersham just minutes from historic Beaufort, South Carolina.

The fully furnished and professionally decorated Showcase Home features products from national and regional partners such as James Hardie, GE Profile, Sherwin Williams, Carolina Lanterns, Marvin Windows & Doors, and many more. This Showcase Home is idyllic in size and layout. Authentic pine wood floors throughout, quartz countertops and custom cabinetry in the kitchen and baths, and exquisite millwork give this Lowcountry cottage the perfect blend of luxury with all the comforts of home.

The Home will be open for general tours for the month of November and reopen fully decorated for the Holidays beginning Dec 1. Tickets are available for purchase below or can be purchased at the Habersham Land Company office (starting Nov.4th) in the Habersham Marketplace; located at 22 Market, Beaufort, SC. A portion of all ticket sales go to benefit local non-profit Friends of Caroline Hospice.
